 woohoo! :) december is here and i'm back to visit bloggie again! :)  the 3rd semester had finally come to a close. lol. this semester had indeed been hard-going at times, but i thank God for His grace that is always more than sufficient. It was also a semester that i came to realise the harsh reality of life and the true side of human beings.. the self-centredness and the way things are being handled really turns me off. Nevertheless, these are the minority. All in all, it was a great semester where new friendships are being made and relationships strengthened. I trust in the heart of God that all things will work out fine. :) these few weeks, had been pondering about the subject on love. Love is always a sacrifice. The greatest example of sacrificial love was in Jesus Himself. So many a times, He could have given up on us, He could have walked off.. but the endurance on the cross of calvary was a proof of His great love for us. It was all for love's sake. Love is the desire to benefit others at the expense of self. Even at times when we do not have to, that people may be unappreciative or rejectful, but out of love, we choose to bless because we want to. A gift is not a gift until it is given away. Love is not love unless it is given out. Unexpressed love is living in the greatest tormenting silence of life. Love must be shown. The expression of love is in the willingness to go the extra mile. to end off, Love = People. Out of the abundance of love that God has poured out into our lives, let us be the living vessels where love can flow through us into people's lives. Freely receive, freely give. Love is never an obligation, it is a choice. Love without condition. :) 1 Corinthians 13: 7-8 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. :)
