o.o i'm back once again. here wishing joseph koh jiayong and gerald chan a happy birthday! :) have a blessed 19 and 18 respectively..7th august is their day. ;p oh yaa. i'm back from FOP. wonderful time soaking in the presence of God. though was very busy with ushering the 2 days (fri/sat), i still enjoyed FOP as a whole..esp. Pst Phil's preaching. after each service.. i felt God's strengthening me once again. Indeed, His yoke is easy and His burden is light.. i'll cast all my cares upon this loving Abba Father of mine. Ushering was quite interesting for both nights. was supposed to be florence's runner on fri.. but kept losing sight of her. haha. ended up handling various tasks such as fishing for floor and ushering wherever help is needed. quite random tasks. haha. sat was a real learning experience for me. took east arena 1,2,3. i've come to pure realisation that to usher in SIS is a battle of both the mind and the strength.. sometimes when people don't cooperate, the love of God is really needed to place patience within this fast-moving mind of mine. in my weaknesses, He's my strength. Thank God for His annointing, His wisdom and His favor. through ushering in the little details, i believe that these little things bring about a great impact. :) thank God for giving me this wonderful opportunity to serve.. in the process of learning. ;p as promised, i'll now update my birthday wishlist.. haha. 15 more days to go :) 1. "But God" book by Pst Phil Pringle and other spiritual books 2. Thinline bible (wallet-lookalike) - orange-pink or purple-pink in colour 3. Adidas jacket - purple or orange in colour 4. Kappa or converse Sneakers (shoe size 5) 5. Shoulder Bags 6. Flat pumps/"ballerina" shoes 7. Necklaces - preferably long silver ones with engraved pendants 8. Other accessories- Earrings, Bangles, rings etc. 9. Wallet 10. Soft toys- xiao bai (rare to find), pooh bears etc. just be hugable ;p 11. Make-up & skincare products: blusher, shimmering powder, light-scented perfume etc. 12. Lin Jun Jie's new album- westside with its mtv dvd/vcd 13. Rachargeable battery + charger (quite random..;p) 14. Sling bags - rectangle-shaped 15. Photo album filled with memorable photos 16. Hand-made cards 17. Sunflowers 18. Birthday cake - something choclatey haha. tats all. turning 18 so 18 items for wishlist aren't alot rite? lol. ;p How could a Man with all of Your fame, Pull me from darkness and call me by name. Nothing I own here is ever my own, I want to have You in all of my world.So Jesus consume me, flow through me. Without You..there wouldn't be me. Unfailing, unceasing, unconditional love of God.. my confidence can be found in You. :)
